If I could give a better rating, I would say 10 out of 10 would recommend Really nice, really friendly. They give me a pretty good discount on a used vehicle due to how the steering wheel was all messed up I would say super friendly super nice really easy to communicate with. From the moment we arrived until we drove off the lot, everyone made sure our questions were answered and we understood what we were purchasing. I had the most amazing experience shopping here… I’ve bought 3 other vehicles at other dealerships in the past and I’ve always felt pressured and left feeling like I got screwed over… I’m happy to say that that was not the case at icon motors… the first vehicle I test drove I bought and a check engine light came on… I immediately returned and told them about it and not only did they give me a variety of reasonable and more than fair options to rectify the situation, they also threw in a free warranty for the trouble… while they did offer to, and with no hassle, fix the vehicle (which just ended up being a couple sensors) the owner insisted I take a sedan for a test drive and I immediately fell in love with it.. it ended up being a little cheaper than what I was originally going to purchase and they happily refunded the difference… the cars on the lot are all nicer vehicles that I felt were either priced well and at the least fair... staff was friendly and knowledgeable and eager to answer all my questions but I never felt they were being the stereotypical “pushy car salesman” and I can’t stress that enough. I would recommend icon motors to anyone!! If you’re looking for great service and an all around amazing car buying experience this is the place to go!!! I bought a 2015 Ram 1500. I have had it over a week and am very happy with it. There were a couple things I wanted done and they completed them. The truck is a great value for the price. The purchace was very fast and easy.

I have to say buying a car at Icon was simply pleasant. Everyone we worked with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions / problems we had were answered and taken care of right away.

This is NOT a "nice people, good to deal with" blah, blah, blah review. This is 100% accurate, and unimbellished. We went to Icon Motors by accident. We were looking for a truck, and had an appointment at another dealership to test drive one. We missed the turn for that dealer, and happened to see Icon when we were turning around. Literally the only reason we went there, it happens to be were we turned. That said, I have never had a better buying experience at any dealership I've been to in the past 40 years. From the zero pressure sales approach, the professionalism, knowledge, and graciousness of everyone we encountered, we could not have been more pleased. We left Icon motors with a gently used car and definitely a little "too good to be true?!" In us, but sometimes things are just really that good. There were a couple minor issues with the vehicle that would require a follow up visit to address. They called the next day with an appointment to correct them. Before I got there a new issue arose. They dealt with all the issues without hesitation. These are not used car salesmen. These are good people who happen to sell cars. If you're in the market for a vehicle and you fail to at least visit Icon Motors before you buy elsewhere, you owe yourself an apology. Maybe I'll see you there when we go to buy our next one.

I bought a high mileage car , until now no engine problems. Good management and employees. Next time I will buy my car from Icon Motor again, and again.
